All shipments are sent via courier using services provided by Purolator from Black's distribution centre in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Orders under Rs 500 will be charged a variable rate for shipping based on the delivery address of the order. Ground shipping, which takes 7-10 days, is sent using Purolator ground service and air shipping, which takes 1-3 days, is sent using Purolator air service *Please note that air shipping is not applicable to all products. Orders totaling more than Rs500 (before tax and after discounts) will be shipped FREE of charge using ground shipping. Items cannot be shipped to a General Delivery Address, Post Office Box or to any address outside of India.
You may ship goods to an address other than your own, which makes gift giving even easier, however this will cause a slight delay in your order as the order will go through a more extensive manual process. Your order will be processed in 1-3 business days at which time it will be shipped to the destination address. Shipping times will vary based on your requested shipping location.
We will ship all items on an order at the same time. In the event that there is an item that is on back order, the entire order will be held until such time that the back order item is available. In the rare event that the item you order is not available, you will be contacted by e-mail and Black's will cancel the order.
